Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using YTCommentHub (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

2. License

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software strictly in accordance with these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
• Trials: We offer a 7-day free trial period. Upon expiration of the trial, access to the Software will be restricted until a license key is purchased.
• Refunds: Refunds may be issued within 14 days of purchase in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's refund policy.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Software to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the rights of others.
• Distribute spam or malicious content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass the trial limitations or licensing mechanisms.

5. YouTube Terms & Disclaimer

• Compliance: Your use of the Software is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. By using YTCommentHub, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
• No Affiliation: The Software is a third-party tool and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

6. "Turbo Mode" and Automation Risks (IMPORTANT)

The Software includes an optional feature known as "Turbo Mode" (or "Automated Queue").

• Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that using automation tools to interact with YouTube may violate YouTube's Terms of Service.
• User Responsibility: THE USE OF "TURBO MODE" IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. You are solely responsible for any consequences, including account restrictions or termination by YouTube/Google.
• No Liability: YTCommentHub shall NOT be liable for any loss of data, channel suspension, or account bans resulting from the use of automation features. We strongly recommend using the default "Safe Mode".

7. Intellectual Property

The Software is the exclusive property of YTCommentHub and its licensors.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL YTCOMMENTHUB OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Software. Upon termination, your license key will be revoked.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem, Israel.
