A. Google User Data (YouTube API)

Our Software uses YouTube API Services to:

• Display your videos and statistics.
• Fetch and reply to comments.

Crucially: This data is processed and stored locally on your device. We do not transmit your private YouTube comment data to our servers.

B. License Data

We use Lemon Squeezy for payments. We do not store credit card info. We only receive your License Key and Email Address to validate your purchase via our licensing server.

C. Testimonials

If you submit a review to our "Wall of Love", you grant us permission to display your review text, channel name, subscriber count, and public thumbnail on our website.

3. Data Storage and Security

• Local Storage: YouTube session tokens and cached comments are stored locally on your computer. Uninstalling the software removes this data.
• Server Security: Our licensing server uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.

4. Google Limited Use Compliance

YTCommentHub complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy. We do not share your Google user data with third-party AI models. All AI classification is performed locally on your machine.

5. Analytics and Cookies

• Analytics: We do not track your personal usage behavior inside the app.
• Cookies: Our website is static and does not use cookies, except for those required by third-party services like Lemon Squeezy for the checkout process.

6. Data Deletion (GDPR/CCPA)

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data (License Email). To request deletion, contact us at support@ytcommenthub.com. Note that deleting your license data will revoke your access to the paid version of the Software.

7. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU).
